Tolstoy AI Shoppable Video UGC

Awesome app, and very helpful team. When I had issues they went in and installed it all for me. Very easy to tag products onto videos and they show up on your site instantly!

I'm so thrilled to have found Tolstoy! It is so easy to use, add to your website and improve the product display for customers. Their AI studio is also so fun to use! This has to be my all time favorite app I have discovered on Shopify!!

Our brand has been using Tolstoy for the past 2 months, after implementing it, we've noticed a drastic increase in CVR + AOV. The videos make it engaging for potential customers to see how others viewed/liked our product as well as them also being able to see how it could also improve their life. I highly suggest giving them a shot! Not to mention, their customer support team is amazing, I had a few questions and minutes after sending them, they were answered and resolved.

Thinking about Tolstoy? DO IT!! It's an amazing app. The support team are very responsive and an absolute joy to deal with as well. One way the app has assisted our business is that we were able to embed a video on certain product pages that communicated a specific supply chain issue that we had with certain imported products. This meant that the video was uploaded once, and answered any questions our customers may have had in relation to that specific group of products. The result? An enormous amount of time was saved having to communicate with each individual customer inquiry. This is a must-have in any eCommerce store... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stumbled upon the tool by chance, looking for options to effectively integrate our UGC content on the web. Although we have only been using it for a short time, we are very happy with the support team and setting up everything is very easy and with many options. Wesley and Gilbert are very nice and so far they have totally met our expectations. We will see how it performs over the next few weeks.... I'm sure it will be great!
