This app is incredible! You can create all of the video right on your phone so no fancy cameras needed and the quality uploads great! I love this app. It is such a great way to be that much more interactive with your customers. The customer support is A-1. They answer you back super quickly with all the answers to your questions and really walk you through anything you don't understand. They even provide video how-tos so that you know exactly how to go about doing what you need to get done on the app. Mikaela is awesome. She's been helping me from the beginning and I love the fact that I can go straight to her with my questions. So you can mantain communication with the same customer care representative if you'd like. This makes things so much easier because she already knows my business. I highly recommend the Tolstoy app.
