I first saw this advertised on TikTok and was curious. We made the effort to make some nice videos and properly integrate into our site and we love it. It’s so much more personal than the message bubbles and the flexibility is great. You can focus on conversion, customer support, product education etc etc. Truly worth the 5* review.

This review system does not have enough stars to be able to evaluate the quality the attention and patience of the Tolstoy staff in supporting their clients.
A huge amount of praise and credit goes to Niezl who was able to resolve issues that were not his responsibility and made Tolstoy an even better tool.
I look forward to being able to try the PRO version with the ability to remove branding and further improve the user experience on my site.

Great App! Have only created and installed a product quiz which been the direct driver for around 40% sales. The customer service is always prompt and helpful. Can't wait to play around use more features! Thanks Tolstoy

Great app. Gives you the ability to add authentic content to your store. Niezl from CS was super helpful too.

I like the app. It made my website interactive and helped to resolve the problem of navigation on the site for the clients who are not sure what they want.

Honest review, Initially I downloaded Tolstoy to see what it was about. When I noticed it was helping identify with your market by becoming more personal by making a video. the thought of me putting myself on video kind of frightened my so I uninstalled it. the next day I recieved a call from Joel who was able to explain the full benefits of Tolstoy and I have given it a second try. All I can say is wow! Thank you Joel for reaching back out ot me with great customer service and I found I do not have to directly be on video until I'm ready. They have hundreds of templates that you can upload to your site. I recommend everyone try this out and it's free!

I really love the app and love the team behind the product. Video content is really the way of the future and I think Tolstoy is the best option out there.

I just started using Tolstoy and I think it's a great idea for creating a better connection with customers and adding a more personal face to my business. Setup was easy but I had a small issue that I reached out to support for. Mikaela was lovely and solved the problem in just a few minute. My widget now works like a charm and I'm excited to see how much my customers love the enhanced interactivity.

Update: Still getting great reviews from customers on this super cool app. I had a hiccup today because I messed up a setting, but got great support from Niezl, who sorted me out in just a couple of minutes. Always friendly and easy to talk to.
