We recently partnered with Tolstoy during our replatform to Shopify and have nothing but praise for this amazing team and tech. Since the initial kick off calls, to install, and everything in between has been seamless. Hats off to Mark the Tolstoy team, you've been incredible to work with. We're now seeing noticeable results with lifts in engagement and our PDP CRV is tracking up.

Tolstoy is unmatched when it comes to any other products on the market. Their support/customization make it a seamless interface to install and get live quickly! We are already seeing CVR drastically improve after implementing this app across our homepage and PDPs. They are innovative and overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a video/UGC app!

The app is hard to use and the customer support is extremely slow to respond. I do not recommend the app at all.

Great app , great people. Was having a few issues at the start due to my lack of technical ability and the team could not of been more helpful. Had a very interesting demo on AI content generation with Gaya who was excellent . 5 Star all day
