Earl was super helpful and efficient in resolving the fix. Frankly the UI on Tolstoy is not very straightforward and changes so often so gets confusing really quickly but their support team is very helpful and makes it so easy to work with.

Credit where credit is due.

I had previously given this app a negative review. Since then the team at Tolstoy have worked diligently with me above and beyond to make improvements to a point where my facial expression went from a dark scowl to a ear to ear grin!

In this short time since the team have contacted me, the outcomes have been great. Sure, it is not instant and there's learning of both a human nature and AI nature to consider but the outcome is well worth it already saving us much time and effort. No more photo shots on location and all the variables and costs that go along with it in this fast paced time poor world we now live in.

We are now at a point we are enthusiastic about really deep diving inot what we can do with it.

Also, the fact we are dealing with a business that cares and strives for improvement with outstanding customer service means a lot.

I am a convert.
