Tolstoy Shoppable Video & UGC

Great app, crappy UX interface. It takes me 3x longer to work inside Tolstoy than getting work done.

The app when you can manage to get it set up after hours of work is great. If they would fix the UX experience I def would give it 5 stars. But I am looking for other options now.

She walked us through the entire process of the access needed to provide support, how we could leverage the app by embedding into areas of our site that were hard to figure out / code. This way we can truly leverage the tool to improve our conversion rates and not spend time trying to figure out the installation part!
