Tolstoy Shoppable Video & UGC

Great app, crappy UX interface. It takes me 3x longer to work inside Tolstoy than getting work done.

The app when you can manage to get it set up after hours of work is great. If they would fix the UX experience I def would give it 5 stars. But I am looking for other options now.

Tolstoy have been an amazing tech to partner with. Their team are incredibly accomodating, open to new requests and have been great to work with - incredibly responsive! We've also seen great results from showcasing our strong UGC across our website.

Fantastic app! It looks great on our product pages and really helps show our products in action. As others have noted, the back-end UI could use some refinement. It's nearly there but can be frustrating to use at times. For instance, being able to click a product in the library and jump straight to it for adding more videos would be a big improvement.

We’ve been using the Tolstoy app for a month now and it’s definitely helped improve our store’s conversion rate. The metrics look great and it’s been a worthwhile investment. Mikaela helped me set up a hero video on our homepage — she was super efficient and we’re really happy with her support!
