Great app, we are using tookan for last 3 years its one of the best delivery management software. no issues always have support on everything. specially- amandeep helped me all the way through. Really amazing service!

Edit: Ticket resolved after a week+, tried using a competitive solution here on app store, will be resuming subscription with Tookan after all considerations. Tookan rep promised a free month for the troubles. Original: Was happy using it close to 2 years with the previously working webhook version. Suddenly stopped working for 2 days, ticket went unanswered, business completely stalled and processed it now handled manually. =( Will update when issue is solved.

Easy to use, live maps are accurate and provide good estimation on delivery/arrival time. Highly recommended for small or big scale business. Friendly staff working around the clock to help out. My customers are very satisfied on the tracking link too.
