Built for merchants who lease, subscribe, or hire out physical goods, we treat every unit as an individual asset with its own serial, location, condition, and earnings history. Configure monthly pricing and minimum terms per product or variant, pre-authorise cards and take regular recurring payments. Customers pause, swap, upgrade, or cancel from their Shopify account.

We switched to Total Commerce to run our tree rental and it's been brilliant so far. It's properly plug-and-play with Shopify. We were taking bookings within a day or two and didn't need any expensive dev work to get going. Managing a living product that goes out, comes back and gets rehomed each season used to be a real spreadsheet headache, but now the inventory, deposits and returns all sit in one place. Support is quick to respond and they actually get the circular model, which not every tool does. Not everything fit our setup perfectly out of the box, but they were happy to adapt things, and we couldn't find anything else that came close for what we do.
