Update - July 2025
I uninstalled the app like they said and I wouldn't be charged. I was still charged. I reached out to Shopify they said to reach out to the app support. I did this, they gave me a link to a Shopify article that was useless and to reach out to Shopify Support. I hate the run around.

I had my developer put in a ticket with their support team to get this to work and after two weeks there was no response. Paying for an app that doesn't work is unacceptable and when you reach out to their support team with no response for 2 weeks is even worse. If the install goes great, then I'm happy for you, but if you have issues, I would not expect a fast response.
