We love Tote over at Untitled in Motion. We see an increase in appointments every month we continue working with TOTE, and have been able to up or clienteling game ten fold. We find it's helpful to shoot each of our customers a text directly to their phones prior to the appointment to ensure the appointment time/day and cut down on no-shows as well.

Love this app and highly recommend. Never had a customer NOT convert from booking. Set it and forget it. You don't have to worry about coordinating with the customer.

This app functions beautifully right out of the box! Only a few customizations are needed and it blends right in with our aesthetic. Support (from the Founder, no less!) is top-notch. I can usually find several things wrong with Shopify apps but this one does exactly what it says and after several tests, it is seamless. We are using TOTE for in-store fitting room reservations and also using the questionnaire page link for in-store styling appointments. Keep up the good work team!

The team at TOTE is so incredible and their product works beautifully. We notice a huge increase in our average ticket price when people book an appointment with TOTE on our site. Would highly recommend this app to any other retailer.
