Excellent functionality and outstanding support from the creators. Highly recommend! Tote has allowed us to create a seamless and easy shopping experience for our guests.
I didn't even realize how many of our customers would want to book appointments to come shop! The Tote app is super easy and I love that we can customize our questions on the popup window. I think our customers feel really special when they come for an appointment and we're definitely seeing a higher spend...
We love Tote over at Untitled in Motion. We see an increase in appointments every month we continue working with TOTE, and have been able to up or clienteling game ten fold. We find it's helpful to shoot each of our customers a text directly to their phones prior to the appointment to ensure the appointment time/day and cut down on no-shows as well.
Love this app and highly recommend. Never had a customer NOT convert from booking. Set it and forget it. You don't have to worry about coordinating with the customer.
A great app - and a helpful team able to make integration seamless and happy to share insights to make the most of service.
