I love the idea of sending real mail to my customers. I've been using Touchcard for a few weeks and it has been super easy to integrate with my store. Customer support has also been excellent!

First- be aware you will be billed monthly. This is a recurring charge which we didn’t know and frankly haven’t sent any cards yet. We had concerns about quality after receiving a sample. Giving an extra star since they did try to fix quality issues.

We also apologize for the oversized international stamp on the sample postcard. This was a unique combination of address typo and fulfilment issue that we've resolved with our printing partner.

I just used Touchcard for a couple months during our pre-sale. We sent postcards to thank customers for pre-ordering and remind them of when their product would be sent.

Touchcard was super easy to set up and get rolling! Great prices and works seamlessly with Shopify. Many of our customers thanked us for the postcard, we love surprising and delighting our customers and Touchcard was an amazing way to do that!

So happy we found this wonderful app and will definitely continue to use!!

We always wanted to send postcards to customers but could not find any easy way to implement it. Touchcard completely automated the process and the best part is each post card has an individual code. We can can easily track customers that are buying for a second time. We are extremely happy with the returns we are getting with the post cards. It works great - Highly Recommended!

Great app with great customer service.

I think that this app can help you separate your store from the others and stand out, by giving your customers more personal experience, and that is what people are buying today. Postcards are crisp and high resolution.

Customer service is always quick to respond and they were always able to help me out with any issues or questions I had.

Would recommend this app to anyone who takes their store seriously and is trying to stand out and give their customers best possible experience.
