Sur notre boutique de dropshipping, nous utilisons un fournisseur POD américain avec satisfaction mais certains produits sont impayables rien qu'à cause des frais de port. J'avais besoin d'un fournisseur proche, de qualité, qui fasse chuter les coûts et les délais de livraison vers nos clients européens. J'ai installé et testé T-Pop avec grande satisfaction.
Il y a un beau choix de produits dont la qualité est réelle.
L'appli est extrêmement facile à paramétrer et utiliser.
Les délais de livraison sont courts.
Le packaging est personnalisable.
Bref, je la conseille vivement.
Si je devais émettre une critique, je dirais que les choix de coloris textiles sont assez limités.

Que des produits de qualité, le temps d'impression et la livraison et très rapide je suis très satisfait !

J'espère qu'en se développant ils proposeront encore plus de choix dans les vêtements !

Atelier sérieux. Interface fonctionnelle, support très réactif, produits et impressions de qualités et livraison rapide en France. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec. De loin la meilleure application POD que j'ai utilisé et j'en ai testé beaucoup.

Simple, claire, l'appli TPOP fait l'essentiel, avec un engagement écoresponsable qui permet de coller avec notre projet.

De très bon produits en cotons bio proposés. Un travail de très bonne qualité envoyé aux clients. D'ailleurs les clients reçoivent leur commande dans un colis en carton recyclable, avec mon logo de ma marque sur l'etiquette, a l'intérieur le BL lui aussi siglé de mon logo avec un petit message personnalisa le, enfin j'ai aussi choisi l'option de glisser un sticker ds le colus pour une image de qualité !!

You guys motivate people to get in touch with you via the app but what's the point if you don't respond? i have to say that using the app, creating the products, and setting the branding options are easy and straight forward. Your customer support is not responding for almost a week now despite my multiple attempts and e-mails to try and clarify many points that are not clarified in your FAQ and help center. This is very damaging for someone who wants to start a new business and counting on you guys to provide the needed support in order to succeed.

Update: i was contacted by Julien and she explained to me that the delay happened because they were updating their system and some messages were missed. She fixed all of my issues and provided me with a lot of valuable details. This is what i call a real customer support.

Tpop absolutely deserves 5 stars now because everything they do is done with perfection. They're by far the best POD provider in the market.
