So far so good... although the template does not allow for the ads carousel to show up below the tracking details, rather it shows up in the middle of the tracking information provided and can't be adjusted.
You can adjust the ads carousel to show up below the tracking details. Please check Tracking Page Editor - Configure options - Product recommendations. You can choose to show below tracking details or above tracking details.
The app has an amazing customer support! They answer pretty fast and help you out as soon as possible!

this app really help my store converting. the most important thing is to have a solid client service et track123 gives you that advantage.

It's good but hard to understand. At least it works, unlike other tracking applications. Probably the best out there free.
