Truly the worst customer service of any Shopify app we use. Agents routinely do not understand how their app works or how shipping in general works. Promises that things will be investigated are routinely dropped. Excuses and apologies for bad service are routine.

Hi,

We sincerely apologize for your experience — and we want to confirm that this issue has now been fully resolved.

After a full review, we identified that the incorrect location (“Jonesboro, LA” instead of “AR”) was caused by our auto-translation feature. In this case, the input was misdetected and the state abbreviation was incorrectly modified, which led to the wrong location being displayed.

This issue has been fixed, and we’ve updated our logic to ensure location abbreviations will no longer be altered going forward.

We also recognize that our earlier responses did not fully understand your concern or carefully review your screenshots before replying. This led to inaccurate explanations and a frustrating experience — and we take responsibility for that.

We are improving both our support process and internal review standards to ensure issues like this are handled more accurately and efficiently in the future.

We’ve had a really great experience with this app.

In the beginning, we had some challenges getting it properly integrated with our local carrier, Danske Fragtmænd. The tracking wasn’t fully aligned with their system, which made it difficult to give customers accurate updates.

However, the support team was incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. They took the time to understand our setup and worked closely with us to fix the integration issues.

Now everything works exactly as it should. Tracking updates are accurate, reliable, and perfectly synced with Danske Fragtmænd, which has significantly improved our customer experience.

Highly recommended if you’re running a store in Denmark and need solid tracking functionality

As other reviewers have said, this app sends incorrect data when customers track their order. For example a customer whose UPS package will be delivered today (according to the UPS tracking site), incorrectly showed the packaged will arrive over a week from now (tracking with Track123). Not acceptable.

Regarding the tracking discrepancy you mentioned:

Incorrect estimated delivery date: The date shown in Track123 should reflect the latest data synced from UPS. When a discrepancy occurs between our platform and the carrier's website, it's something we take very seriously and want to investigate immediately.

I regret from paying a full year. The app crash constantly, is slow and the database is outdated. To get the last tracking I have to go to the carrier website anyway. It has about 1 day of delays.

Regarding the issues you mentioned:

App crashes & slow performance: This is not expected behavior. Our team is actively monitoring system stability, and we’d really like to investigate your specific case to identify what’s causing this.

Tracking delays (~1 day): In most cases, this depends on carrier update frequency and API sync intervals. However, a full-day delay is not typical for the majority of carriers we support, so we’d like to check this for you.

Outdated tracking vs carrier website: We aim to sync tracking data as close to real-time as possible, and if there’s a discrepancy, it’s something we take very seriously.
