Fantastic app for order tracking. Great how it already creates a page for you so just need to add the link! Very easy to set up!

UPDATE:
The issue has been resolved now and everything works as expected. Alex reached out to me and after I installed the app again, the issue is gone. I must say the experience with customer service has been improved as well and five stars are well-deserved!

INITIAL REVIEW:
I couldn't get my tracking page to be translated, although I did set everything up properly. When I messaged the support to see where the problem is, I didn't receive the response until the next day, and when I replied within 30 minutes, they were already offline. I get the lack of staff (probably), but the customers shouldn't wait that long to get an answer while they have an issue on their website.

Other than that, the app worked good for me, but the missing translation and lack of customer service was a dealbreaker for me. If you don't have multiple languages on your store, I think this app is a great solution.
