Still configuring the system and watching the results, but so far customer service has been responsive and removed the Track123 logo at my request within 24 hours.

Perfect app
This app is fantastic, its provides an easy to use tracking service for your shop's customers to track their order without showing where its being dropshipped from. The set-up was very simple and only took about 2-3 minutes max to get it up and running on your site. 10?10 would recommend, especially if you're new to e-commerce shops!
We recently added Track 123 to our business page to be able to seamlessly track orders as well as streamline our customers updates on their orders. This application has worked great and has been a very helpful addition to our business page.
