Overall its great app, but, it needs a lot of updates. Automatic system of tracking the orders isn't so accurate. I need to check every single order manually and update the courier tracking number that sometimes can be changed in the courier system even after order was sent. Some orders aren't syncing and still show In transit or Tracking added status even though they are delivered. Missing couriers in app list, for example FastHorse for Australia. Customer support isn't the most polite, they respond late and sometimes doesn't respond at all. For the last 3 messages I sent few weeks ago they didn't respond. Don't think they care so much about serving you as a business.

I'm on the free plan, and so far I'm very happy with its intuitive interface and ease of use. Integrates great with any page and easy to customize to the feel of your website. Recommend!

I like this app a lot. It is easy to use and customer service is very helpful, a must have for me and I am glad I found this app. I highly recommend this.

For the past two weeks, I've encountered persistent issues with this application. Initially, the analytics dashboard malfunctioned, incorrectly showing orders as pending. After resolving this, the app inaccurately indicated that orders had been stagnant for two weeks, leading to customer confusion. However, upon verification through reliable tracking apps like 17track, it's evident that the orders are in fact in transit or being delivered. This application often seems to cause more confusion than clarity. Customer support does not care, have contacted them multiple times.

Bad support, they take ages to respond back, they used to be good now they have become very bad! Lots of issues with their tracking ! Couriers are integrated but not retrieving correct delivery statuses!
