I would recommend this app because of it's easy set up and customer use.

For now, everything is going well. The only issue is customer service—I haven't had contact with a real person yet.

Track123 is by far the greatest order tracking app ever. The new 3D earth update makes the visuals a whole lot better for my tracking page, I can see which orders have failed, delivered, and pending which makes it easier for information. Thank you Track123 for providing the best order tracking apps on Shopify!

The customer service is fantastic, especially Salma, who provided helpful information and went above and beyond to assist me with a minor issue that was most likely unrelated to their app. The app's tracking page looks great on my store and is simple to use.
