The problem is fixed and everything working now. Sadly I caught the support during holidays. There was a longer time to answer but all is good now.

I've tried to contact multiple time the support and they don't answer. There's no way to get in touch with them. I needed assistance with PayPal sync issues. I'm wondering what is happening.

Great so far. Looks amazing and better prices than other tracking softwares

I've been using Track123 for a while now, and I cannot be happier with the results. It's easy to setup (still takes a bit of tinkering around but that's to be expected when you want something that works well and can cater to your specific needs), I get all the functionality I need, and it saves me tons of time.

When I had questions about setting up (which I did about branding), the customer support team in the live chat was very responsive and helpful.

I highly recommend at least trying out their free tier to see if it works well for you.
