Very good costumer service , they answer very fast and the applications has a lot of options. for now i'm using the free version because this is a test phase but i will upgrade once i scale my store.
With the ability to to automatically send tracking info to Paypal, the great way of show customers the tracking, and a Dropship option for tracking numbers, it's the best app if you are shipping products from overseas to the US. I recommend it!
This app is ridiculously expensive. I've had to upgrade my package four times already, and I'm currently paying $69. It seems like it will keep increasing. They even disable tracking without any notification until you go into the app. I'm super dissatisfied.

I've been using the Track123 app for a few months now and I can recommend it to everyone! The app is very user-friendly and the customization options are extensive. It also provides comprehensive information to the customer about the shipment's progress.
For now, everything is going well. The only issue is customer service—I haven't had contact with a real person yet.
Track123 is by far the greatest order tracking app ever. The new 3D earth update makes the visuals a whole lot better for my tracking page, I can see which orders have failed, delivered, and pending which makes it easier for information. Thank you Track123 for providing the best order tracking apps on Shopify!
