So far so good. I am a new subscriber and had some difficulty with the setup. I had the pleasure of working with Etien to resolve the issues. He worked diligently and quickly while explaining what he was doing along the way. All in all my first support experience was a positive one. I know that if I run into any other issues, I will be able to get the help to resolve it quickly.

Coming from the "native" Shopify/Meta - Integration it is a pure joy to finally have some REAL support! Tanmay is very competent and commited to solve issues and takes time to explain the background as well... Very happy with the support and as well with the app so far! Recommended
