We'd been struggling with tracking Meta conversions using Facebook & Instagram app. It worked great with our primary country, but lose over 60% conversions for other countries. I hired freelancers, considered expensive options like Elevar or Stape until I stumbled upon this app.
Today is the first day we use it and I already see all the conversions, can't tell how happy I am!
Had a few minor issues switching from my previous setup to this app, as I saw in other comments, support worked great. I hope I find this app earlier

1 ★ Sends fake events, destroys your tracking data
This app is a nightmare for anyone serious about tracking.
I noticed something was off when my Meta Pixel started showing thousands of events that didn't match my actual store activity. No orders, no real add to carts but the app was firing events non stop in the background.
Completely polluted my Facebook Ads data. My campaign optimization went sideways because Meta was learning from fake signals. Cost me real money before I figured out what was happening.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We can see that the app was used for approximately 35 minutes, and we did not receive any support request regarding the issue before this review was submitted. In some cases, unexpected event activity can be caused by setup or configuration issues. It may also be related to TrackifyXretarget "Time on Site" event, which is designed to fire at regular intervals while a visitor remains on the site and can sometimes be misunderstood as additional user actions.
We take tracking accuracy very seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. If you're willing, please reinstall the app and reach out to our support team. We'd be happy to review your setup, clarify any confusion, and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We've used many tracking apps, I even paid developers in the past with other stores currently this one is the best option + the support team will contact you via whatsapp so you'll be up and running much quicker since you don't need to be waiting on their app the whole time!

The main purpose and benefit of this app is to track conversions properly. Even after a zoom call reviewing all of our settings the app is COMPLETELY Incorrectly reporting our purchase conversions. Its reporting over 1000% higher purchases then our TOTAL online purchase counts for the day.
The UTM parameters to show conversion details are not properly showing in Shopify.
To aggravate the issue support is lacking. Slow to respond to even urgent escalations. If these issues are not immediately addressed most likely we will unstall the app and use the other competitor apps.
Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on the call, Trackify is sending accurate data to Facebook Events Manager. The overreporting seen in Ads Manager is due to Meta’s attribution and reporting process and is not related to Trackify.
For UTM conversion details in Shopify, this is handled by Shopify’s own system.

Great support, I tried the app a long time ago, and it was great. It looks like it improved a lot, and the price is very good for what it offers. Similar apps cost more than double.

This app really saved me as my Meta account completely crashed, I am so happy I found Trackify.

Trackify track very stricly and reach 9/10 match quality from Events Manager (9 is maximum all the app can send).
