I think the initiate checkout didn't fire with my theme and I asked the support. In less than 5 minutes I got the answers and learned the way to see if the IC fires. Thanks very much!

Trackify is perfect for all pixels. Master pixel, niche pixel and product pixel. Also the support is veryyy good! I have to thank Tanmay. I got help for every question. Setting up the pixels and connect them with business manager. The support from Tanmay is awsome! Thanks.

Dylan helped me on a zoom call to set up my pixel, he checked all events and made sure that everything is working fine. They have the best customer service & by far the best tracking application.

Before Trackify, I've been in back and forth with Facebook support and Shopify support trying to resolve a month long issue with double reporting conversion metrics which has affected our small business. They cant seem to solve it. So I decided to use Trackify and, voila, everything's back to normal. Their support is also commendable—very prompt and detailed. Thanks for all the help!

I started out on this app frustrated, as pixels are not my strong suite when it comes to ecommerce. However, through the step-by-step video tutorials and PHENOMENAL live customer service (shoutout to Tanmay!) I had all my questions answered and everything had been cleared up. I look forward to using the app on my Shopify journey!
