Trackify Facebook Pixel,TikTok

Trackify has allowed me to see my data better. What's excellent about Trackify is that their support is PHENOMENAL. I had the pleasure of being on the call with Dylan, Trackify's support person. He was patient, answered all my questions and left me with a much greater understanding of how Trackify and Facebook works to the detail. Love the support. Thank you so much, Dylan ❤️

The app is working great so far. The best part is their support team which is very responsive and helpful. Deepanjoy assisted me with confirming everything was worrking fine and he was very informative and transparent. Great work guys!

I used the App and their support helped me with some issues I allready had with my shopify store, which the shopify support couldn't fix. Also they respond very quick!

As a non-developer I managed to install the pixel for Facebook and follow the steps in just 3-4 minutes. Wanted to make sure everything was correct so i contacted the support via chat and got a reply within 2 min and was offered a zoom call within 3 min. 10 min of zoom and one minor issue was found with my setup. That issue will prob. be resolved before I'm done with this review :-) Amazing support and so far very good app.

Trackify helped me so much after the ioS14 changes!!! The Tracking i far more precise on Facebook thanks to their advanced technology and would also want to really point out the spot-on customer service as any time I have some setup to make they always have someone do it even with me over a Zoom call which takes a lot of the weight off my shoulders as well as the worries if I have done sth wrong. Thank you Team and thank you Dylan for helping me out all the time :DD

I have not yet learned how to use the app 100%, but the customer service is very good. I don't speak much English, but anyway I had a video call where they could help me. Thanks!

I installed this app to my store, but I got confused on how to set up properly in my store. Therefore, I contacted the customer service and there comes Tanmay. He is one of the trackify agents, and he helped me walk through the app and set up everything for me. He did a great job by being cooperative and very resourceful. I do appreciate all the great work he has done for me. Their app is one of the best out there. So check it out. it will help you run your ads properly and secure your data forever.

Really enjoyed working with this app, it makes the pixel work a lot easier to understand and follow also the customer support they have is amazing I got the help of Tanmay B and he was really helpful.
