Trackify is a great app with great support! Using the app and the API is showing us pretty good results compared to the FB app in terms of tracking. The support is brilliant and pretty fast too.

Very easy and simple to use. Trackify Pixel App support team is so great that every time I got a question or issue there, I went to ask for help. They just responded to me very quickly and patiently. Even sometimes my question is so basic, they still helped me out. This app is a game-changer. It helps collect and manage the data which are collected from Facebook. Highly recommend this app. Install and use it, you will never regret.

So far I enjoy using this app to see data that FB manager doesnt collect or show. Allows me to see what type of action my ads are really getting. Looking forward to seeing how it can help me target my audience better.

This app is only one solution today to connect Shopify with Facebook via cAPI correctly. Everything works good and if there are some minor issues, their support is always on top, and they help to fix them in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

First, it's the easiest and most secure way to use Facebook Pixel without making mistakes or causing trouble. Second, the Trackify support is for sure the best and fastest out there. Love it!
At first wasn't totally sure why I needed this, but they've turned out to help my situation greatly! I needed an easier way to run a backup pixel from facebook account disabling. Trackify solves that and makes it easy. Then their server side api tracking is super helpful setting things up with the Facebook aggravated events. And when I get lost, there are tutorial videos and their customer service jumps on zoom for any personal help needed!

absoluter müll, seite läd einfach nicht hoch benutze firefox muss immer einen anderen browser benutzen uns selbst da funktioniert es nicht richtig, verknüpfung mit pixel bei snapchat einfach nicht möglich. monatelang geld abgebucht kein hilfe erhalten, trotz mehfachen kontakt. das ist leider meine erfahrung die ich gemacht habe. Falls Trackify das liest zahlt mir mein geld zurück..

Regarding the Firefox issue, while there are sometimes minor browser issues, these can typically be resolved by refreshing pages/cookies. Additionally, we do have the capability of linking pixels with snapchat.
