Dylan helped me on a zoom call to set up my pixel, he checked all events and made sure that everything is working fine. They have the best customer service & by far the best tracking application.

Before Trackify, I've been in back and forth with Facebook support and Shopify support trying to resolve a month long issue with double reporting conversion metrics which has affected our small business. They cant seem to solve it. So I decided to use Trackify and, voila, everything's back to normal. Their support is also commendable—very prompt and detailed. Thanks for all the help!

I started out on this app frustrated, as pixels are not my strong suite when it comes to ecommerce. However, through the step-by-step video tutorials and PHENOMENAL live customer service (shoutout to Tanmay!) I had all my questions answered and everything had been cleared up. As a non-developer I managed to install the pixel for Facebook and follow the steps in just 3-4 minutes. Wanted to make sure everything was correct so i contacted the support via chat and got a reply within 2 min and was offered a zoom call within 3 min. 10 min of zoom and one minor issue was found with my setup. That issue will prob. be resolved before I'm done with this review :-) Amazing support and so far very good app.
