Thomas is very responsive if you need any extra support using the app. Tried DMing him several times and always answered within a few hours with endless value. Great app, great customer service. Powerful functionality. highly recommended.
Great app, it gives more correct information for the pixel than the shopify integrated facebook connection. Great support call as well!

Really helpful staff. They'll make sure your pixel is working properly and you can get a backup one. Not a bad thing when pixels hold all your data.

I was having trouble getting this started because my facebook settings were a little off. But Thomas did a screen share session with me and walked me through every bit of setting it up and showing me how it works. That was BEYOND helpful! Seriously, thank you Thomas!! Works great! Setting it up is easy. I did have some questions regarding the setup and I was asked to schedule a meeting via Teams. The support from Deepanjoy was crystal clear! Within a few minutes my account was finetuned and it works even better. He explained a few more things and I was good to go. I will most definitely keep using Trackify! It's worth the subscription.
