Bad Experience with the app, in a week it crashed 2 times, none of the app reps informed me so we were running without a pixel...

this is NOT cool.

the app initially looked very promising due to the multiple pixels etc,
However they must work on their STABILITY and actually inform store owner & tell them what to do when the app crashes (i had to go to event manager and then understand that for 2 days the app isn't sending any server events...)

We sincerely apologize for your recent bad experience, the recent outages were due to Los Angeles wildfires severing a core network cable to our main Quadranet server facility that houses our largest server, which powers Trackify - and that is why this outage has lasted so long.

i used this app for just 10 days normally , yesterday i find the facebook pixel is not installed on my website, then the facebook connect is always off every time i open this app, it is good app if it doesnt have this problem ,

Integrated the app because they are promising following:
Optimize your pixel for more conversions with Advanced Matching feature

But could not find anything about this once I logged in paid - would appreciate your help.

First thing you'll see after the installation is the subscription annually option you can't pass, even you just want a month... looks really scammy at this point. App couldn't be tested yet.

Just to clarify—annual billing is optional, and you always have full control to choose monthly or annual plans inside the app. The monthly plan is automatically assigned based on your Shopify subscription tier, and you also get a 7-day free trial to test the app before paying.

We noticed the app was installed for only about 12 minutes, and no message was sent to our support team before leaving this review. We also emailed you after you uninstalled the app to clarify, but didn’t receive any response.
