This software is really good if you want to have accurate pixel tracking. The Trackify app has been a life saver as we became aware that Shopify analytics was not accurately tracking add to carts to guide our social media ads. Trackify is a solidly built and reliable app that simply get the job done and provides the necessary information about our customer journey. The setup was flawless and the support team has been friendly, patient and reliable on the few occasions that we had questions. Fully recommend especially if you're having issues with Shopify analytics, they are a great alternative.

We were having issues tracking Facebook due to domains being locked up on FB on an old account and FB did not help us. Trackify was the answer. It allows us to track our Facebook ads and what exactly happens on our Shopify site. I highly recommend it. Also, we needed to make sure we had it set up right, Trackify set up a zoom call and we were fully optimized within 24 hours of downloading the app. Great work!

Works great! Setting it up is easy. I did have some questions regarding the setup and I was asked to schedule a meeting via Teams. The support from Deepanjoy was crystal clear! Within a few minutes my account was finetuned and it works even better. He explained a few more things and I was good to go. I will most definitely keep using Trackify! It's worth the subscription.

As a non-developer I managed to install the pixel for Facebook and follow the steps in just 3-4 minutes. Wanted to make sure everything was correct so i contacted the support via chat and got a reply within 2 min and was offered a zoom call within 3 min. 10 min of zoom and one minor issue was found with my setup. That issue will prob. be resolved before I'm done with this review :-) Amazing support and so far very good app.
