I love the way Trackify works and how simple it is to handle. Furthermore there are lots of video's to help you out containing tons of great golden nuggets!
I liked the support a lot and also al the videos explaining it all clearly.
When i had a question it was solved very soon and professional.
I used this app to have better tracking past ios.14, and it has helped a lot. The customer service is excellent, and always pleased to help. I would recommend it to anyone that wants an affordable solution to pixel tracking. 10/10, thank you!

We appreciate your honest review. We are committed to responding to any customer service ticket within 24 hours, most of the time we respond MUCH faster than that, but depending on the time of day and the type of issue it can take a few hours as in this case. After checking our logs for your shop we have determined that the app was working perfectly fine. We will be happy to help you review and understand any reporting issues you may have encountered in your Facebook accounts. Please let us know when will be a good time for you to do that!

We were having issues tracking Facebook due to domains being locked up on FB on an old account and FB did not help us. Trackify was the answer. It allows us to track our Facebook ads and what exactly happens on our Shopify site. I highly recommend it. Also, we needed to make sure we had it set up right, Trackify set up a zoom call and we were fully optimized within 24 hours of downloading the app. Great work!
