I am extremely disappointed with this app. There are daily issues and constant technical glitches that disrupt my business operations. The app support is no help—representatives rarely provide solutions, and any attempt to reach a manager is ignored. I’m paying a monthly fee for a service that simply doesn’t work as promised. This app has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution

This app has made tracking data from fb so easy, as well as creating segmented audiences and catalogs for fb. In the last 4-5 years working with Trackify I have only had two issues and both times customer service was very helpful in fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend them!

Very nice and reactive support i just installed the app can't wait to see the difference with tracking.
Edit 10/06/24 : I was skeptical about this app but after 2 weeks of use i can say that everything are tracked. It's even more than that, with all new data transfered to Facebook i got a better conversion rate.
