Edit 1: We are 5 days after our initial request (read below). The app still doesn’t work, and we didn’t receive any reply from the support team yet… This is our worst experience with Shopify app so far. Initial review: As we use a similar application for our other shops, I was curious to give a new one a chance to compare. Unfortunately, the trial period is ending and we still can’t use the application. We get errors when we try to save our settings. To be fair, we have contacted the chat support, but they are not reactive at all. After a few follow-ups, we still don’t have any help. Maybe we will change this review if we finally get help and like the application. But so far the experience is very bad.
