The worst customer support I've ever had in my entire life. All I want from this app was integrating it with Klaviyo, and they state that they have integrated correctly. And immediately after testing it out, nothing was working properly with Klaviyo. Tried contacting their "live" customer support and they only reply to messages after 3 days. Still nothing from them at all on this basic question about a vital feature. That's why you pay more for a better app (AfterShip).

Solid app that does exactly what it says. I appreciate the 50 free a month given our store is still in the development stages and has no marketing plan, so no real order cycles.

The ding on the stars was simply because there really is not a lot of integration support and I had to spend half a day coding to integrate it fully into the look and feel of the site. The control panel options for styling were simply inadequate given it uses an iframe load in to create the tracking element - loading in additional css as part of that function that could not be customized from the control panel. I had to override their css load to polish off the look and feel.

This element of the site is not public, and is for the use of customers who create an account at juststuffisell.com

Solid app, very functional and I do recommend it.

They have been very attentive to fixing issues and seem detecated to improving their app. Still a few things to work out but nice to see.

1. first of all you have not generated any dialogue and contact with our customer service, if you contact us, we are happy to provide strong support.
2. We successfully helped you to automate the logistics to check all your shipments.
3. You only used 6 minutes, Just to give us a bad review, which hurts us tremendously, I think that we have a misunderstanding here, we will also explain this to Shopify officials.

Serious privacy issues! I tried using this app and uninstalled it in hours due to app security. In customer support chat I have seen all chats and info from different shops. I had access to other stores and their order info (including customers info) prior integration. I have never been so shocked - DO NOT INSTALL.
