Trackingmore has been an invaluable tool for my Shopify store! While I've experienced some minor issues with the app due to occasional bugs, the support team more than makes up for it. Their customer service is simply outstanding—always available, incredibly approachable, and lightning-fast in their responses. They genuinely care about their users and consistently go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. When the app is running, it works like a charm, and they’ve been fantastic about accommodating my custom requests. Excellent app , Customer service is top notch. They really do go above and beyond , even for a free plan. Had a an issue with courier mapping which were handled quickly and efficiently.

I can't live without this app. Trackingmore's triggers for Klaviyo allow me to have ultra-personalized flows in real time so that customers can know all the shipping statuses of their orders; tracking page with no mention of Chinese cities or references to cities that could compromise the store's trust and image; highly customizable. I highly recommend it; I have this app in more than three stores now, with all the automations.

The app doesn't work with local couriers, we have many customers complaints because the status is marked as delivered when orders should have in transit status. We contacted several times app support and they did not fully helped to resolved the issue.
The worst part is that we are paying for the service.

Excellente app avec un service client fantastique. J'avais fais la demande il y a plusieurs mois de pouvoir choisir le délai de livraison selon les catégories de produits. Cette option n'existait pas alors. TrackingMore est revenu vers moi de leur propre chef une fois cette nouvelle option disponible avec le mode de paramétrage. Vraiment ravie!

The app is just not providing real time carrier updates. Every time we get in touch with support they refresh the data to update the delivery status which defeats the purpose.
Fair to say this issue has started over the past few months only.

This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.
