I have had a few small issues since moving over to TrackingMore, and like every App there are good and not so good points. I had an issue with orders not synching and Megan was on it straight away and fixed it. The support team is super quick, really helpful and get's a solution every time. This is where Apps fall down if there support team is not engaged or difficult to get hold of when you need them.

We've been using the TrackingMore Order Tracking app for a while now, and it's been an essential addition to our Shopify store. First time using TrackingMore on my store tracking page. Had a syncing issue with a delivery and was sorted very quickly and efficiently by Ashley.
Very impressed so far - would highly recommend.

New to TrackingMore and have not used it yet but so far this is a VERY robust solution covering all After Ship / Order experience, it is "made for shopify" which is always good and more integrated and include a In Shop Tracking page which allows for "both" track by order number OR track by tracking code which we really like. Also directly supports Dropshippers and apps! - Free plan available and a fair price next level subscriptions.
