Super useful app. It has reduced my customer service tickets by 30-40% since installing. TrackingMores customer service was extremely helpful and responsive to help me get set up.

The built-in brand inquiry tracking page works well for me, allowing my users to inquire at my store and customer service support to respond promptly, I made some suggestions and hope it can continue to improve!

Very hard to keep track of this app sometime. They are constantly making changes in order to try to improve and sometime it affects my previous settings that have already been setup.

however the team is top notch and they always do the best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Excellent outil de suivi de colis: TrackingMore est un ajout essentiel à ma boutique Shopify. Il permet de suivre les colis de manière transparente, ce qui améliore l'expérience de mes clients. Les informations en temps réel sont précieuses pour mon site internet.

This works really well and gives a lot of flexibility too. Support is great - I had an issue with multiple fulfillments and they worked hard (and fast) to actually improve their whole system. Only issue (which is out of their hand) is that some of the updates from the courier are grammatically terrible haha

I feel compelled to share my experience with the order tracking app, and I must say that this is the worst service I have ever encountered. It seems that they are out to string you along and squeeze money out of you with nothing but lies and deception.

First, they promised me that if I paid for 1000 orders, these 1000 orders would be carried over to the next month. This initially seemed reasonable, but it quickly turned out to be a trap. The following month, I was faced with a demand to pay for 2000 orders, while I only had 1000. It became clear to me that they were simply exploiting me.

But it got even worse. The next month, without any warning or explanation, I was confronted with a demand to pay for 4000 orders, even though my actual number of orders didn't come anywhere close to that figure. This is nothing less than pure fraud.

What bothers me even more than their dubious billing practices is that it's clear they care absolutely nothing about customer satisfaction. They seem to have only one goal in mind: to extract as much money from you as possible, regardless of how honest or legitimate the transaction is.

I highly discourage using this order tracking app. If you're looking for a service that is honest, reliable, and customer-oriented, this is definitely not the right choice. There are plenty of other options available that do respect their customers' interests and do not engage in deception and money-grabbing. It's sad that these kinds of companies still exist, and I hope that my experience can help others stay away from this scam.
