Excellent app , Customer service is top notch. They really do go above and beyond , even for a free plan. Had a an issue with courier mapping which were handled quickly and efficiently.

Excellente app avec un service client fantastique. J'avais fais la demande il y a plusieurs mois de pouvoir choisir le délai de livraison selon les catégories de produits. Cette option n'existait pas alors. TrackingMore est revenu vers moi de leur propre chef une fois cette nouvelle option disponible avec le mode de paramétrage. Vraiment ravie!

The app is just not providing real time carrier updates. Every time we get in touch with support they refresh the data to update the delivery status which defeats the purpose.

Fair to say this issue has started over the past few months only.

Tracking More may not be the perfect app and has some small issues, what makes it great is the support provided by the team. Their willingness to go beyond what is expected makes them stand out.

This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.

Le support est très réactif. Réponds à tous.

Le page "Help Center" contient beaucoup trop d'article à lire ce qui est complètement mon déboussolant, en même temps cela permet de tout couvrir, tout.

Malheureusement, c'est vraiment mal structuré.

Il devrait faire des tutoriel vidéo.

AWESOME app, fully customizable, SUPERFAST support and its just awesome. Richie was so nice and fast to respond and help me.

For all dropshippers: You can remove where the parcel comes from so if its from china your customers will not now. (But always best to be transparent of course)

This app is also very cheap for being a tracking app compared to others which i really appreciate. 10/10 100%.

Masking Rules Don't Work (Costing Me Business!)

This app's masking rules feature is absolutely broken. It's supposed to hide or replace content to protect my brand image, but it does NOTHING. I've reported this issue TWICE in the past two weeks, and there's been zero response from customer support.

In the meantime, I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't control the content users see. This is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app until they fix this critical feature.
