The app doesn't work with local couriers, we have many customers complaints because the status is marked as delivered when orders should have in transit status. We contacted several times app support and they did not fully helped to resolved the issue.
The worst part is that we are paying for the service.

Wonderful app with many useful functions. I very much like the option to change the carriers manually for either one particular shipping or in bulk. In addition, you can update the shipping status manually, which in my case is very useful as well. In my case, the carriers for one shipping cane change several times, so the functions described above are absolute gold for me. Also, I like to mention the kind and professional support support team, that has really quick response times.

So far after 1 day of use after getting wonderful setup support from Mary I’m very happy. As a dropshipper many customer do no read (and it’s everywhere) that it takes 14 days to receive orders and start panicking and email me a few even rudely and this tracking helps greatly… it has a EDD feature for the product card, it integrates into to orders table showing status as well as 1 click tracking from the orders table. If it works as reliably as it has for day 1 it will be on my site for all 365.
