I 100% recommend this app for those who are starting with Shopify. This was my first pick 2 years ago and I've been extremely happy about the way it works and, most important, the Customer Service is quick and very responsive.
Ashley helped me with a minor issue and everything has been solved within minutes.
They have also changed the plans and the free now is a sweetspot for me.
If you're launching your brand new Shopify store, don't look furrther: you already found what you need.
What I love:

- Dashoard with the current status of the orders' statuses

I feel compelled to share my experience with the order tracking app, and I must say that this is the worst service I have ever encountered. It seems that they are out to string you along and squeeze money out of you with nothing but lies and deception.
First, they promised me that if I paid for 1000 orders, these 1000 orders would be carried over to the next month. This initially seemed reasonable, but it quickly turned out to be a trap. The following month, I was faced with a demand to pay for 2000 orders, while I only had 1000. It became clear to me that they were simply exploiting me.
But it got even worse. The next month, without any warning or explanation, I was confronted with a demand to pay for 4000 orders, even though my actual number of orders didn't come anywhere close to that figure. This is nothing less than pure fraud.
What bothers me even more than their dubious billing practices is that it's clear they care absolutely nothing about customer satisfaction. They seem to have only one goal in mind: to extract as much money from you as possible, regardless of how honest or legitimate the transaction is.
I highly discourage using this order tracking app. If you're looking for a service that is honest, reliable, and customer-oriented, this is definitely not the right choice. There are plenty of other options available that do respect their customers' interests and do not engage in deception and money-grabbing. It's sad that these kinds of companies still exist, and I hope that my experience can help others stay away from this scam.

I have tried many of the tracking apps and this one stands out as the best based on features, notifications and price. The only thing better than the app was the support from Ashley, I had a small issue with getting tracking to sync up to my site which they have gone above and beyond to try and help. 5 Stars.

So far after 1 day of use after getting wonderful setup support from Mary I’m very happy. As a dropshipper many customer do no read (and it’s everywhere) that it takes 14 days to receive orders and start panicking and email me a few even rudely and this tracking helps greatly… it has a EDD feature for the product card, it integrates into to orders table showing status as well as 1 click tracking from the orders table. If it works as reliably as it has for day 1 it will be on my site for all 365.
