I needed help and they did way more than help me and i appreciate it so much.I recommend this app to any and everyone starting a store.It is easily understandable and simple layout.

I am happy to use this product but currently after a short period of use, the tracking page attached to my website is unable to receive data from the orders that I update in the plugin, I am currently using Use the free version and are intending to upgrade, but with an error, the customer cannot find the package location. The tracking page cannot be displayed on my store. (although on other update pages), it only shows a handful of products that have been successfully delivered. Should be afraid to use the premium version. I will change my rating if I get a correct response. Update 1: Everything is back to stability. Thanks for your quick response. I will leave 5 stars for you, and will keep watching. Thank you very much for your service.
Hi, this issue is because there are many Shopify themes that the embedded tracking page cannot be compatible with all of them, no App can I believe.
You can actually contact us via live chat or email to fix this quickly. It's resolved 12h ago already, please check.
So far after 1 day of use after getting wonderful setup support from Mary I’m very happy. As a dropshipper many customer do no read (and it’s everywhere) that it takes 14 days to receive orders and start panicking and email me a few even rudely and this tracking helps greatly… it has a EDD feature for the product card, it integrates into to orders table showing status as well as 1 click tracking from the orders table. If it works as reliably as it has for day 1 it will be on my site for all 365.

I need to look for an alternative as I have had issues with this more than once. the correct updates and latest updates are not coming through to Shopify - their excuse is they put this from the carriers (my recent example was an order that was changed from Hermesworld to Global Cainiao to Evri) they keep asking me what to change this to, to display the correct information. 1 - we should be raising these basics and 2 as a tracking expert you need to tell business owners what is the best route to take. Constantly have to babysit orders to make sure the correct info is displayed for the relevant trigger to be triggered and notify my customer instead of focusing on how to run my business.

Custer service went beyond normal to make sure the product worked properly. Mine was an unusual problem and they worked hard to resolve it.

superb app, is very good! work great, support explain your questions, in first i did not see estimated delivery time in mobile working, after send email, is working, also support aliexpress shippings!! for dropship this is essencial! also you can hide from tracking history the word "aliexpress" to never apeear also the courier of shipping (you do not want ppl see "aliexpress shipping" haha its rock!
