Worst customer service we have ever dealt with.
We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems for over a year and they never fix the real issue.
Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for that moment, but the system loses sync again and again a few days after. It literally feels like talking to a wall or an AI bot that can’t do anything real.
We’ve been extremely patient – way too patient – but enough is enough.

Since yesterday we’ve been going back and forth:
It`s like.. am i talking to an AI or what, cause you never know, but it sure feels like it.
First we sent a CSV with all the tracking numbers that aren’t updating.
That didn’t work, so we sent the same list in plain text.
Then they asked us for screenshots of the frontend – we sent those too.
Now they are asking if the tracking numbers are even added to the orders… Seriously? Of course they’re added! They’re added in Shopify, TrackingMore pulls them, and then TrackingMore fails to update the tracking info. The automation is completely broken.

Just fix the damn sync already instead of making us jump through endless hoops every single time.

And to add, it is the same problem on both of our Shopify shops.
So i really wonder why we haven`t replaced the app long ago.

How hard can it be for a technician to reach out and try to solve the problem. We have never gotten any feedback whatsoever from a technician.

This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.

Masking Rules Don't Work (Costing Me Business!)

This app's masking rules feature is absolutely broken. It's supposed to hide or replace content to protect my brand image, but it does NOTHING. I've reported this issue TWICE in the past two weeks, and there's been zero response from customer support.

In the meantime, I'm LOSING BUSINESS because I can't control the content users see. This is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app until they fix this critical feature.

They deleted over 450+ tracking's in our system with no warning or explanation...... Do not use these guys as they will just delete tracking numbers from there system causing your customers to be very upset. I used them and they seriously hurt our business without any notice or care.

The app doesn't work with local couriers, we have many customers complaints because the status is marked as delivered when orders should have in transit status. We contacted several times app support and they did not fully helped to resolved the issue.
The worst part is that we are paying for the service.

I need to look for an alternative as I have had issues with this more than once. the correct updates and latest updates are not coming through to Shopify - their excuse is they put this from the carriers (my recent example was an order that was changed from Hermesworld to Global Cainiao to Evri) they keep asking me what to change this to, to display the correct information. 1 - we should be raising these basics and 2 as a tracking expert you need to tell business owners what is the best route to take. Constantly have to babysit orders to make sure the correct info is displayed for the relevant trigger to be triggered and notify my customer instead of focusing on how to run my business.

The worst customer support I've ever had in my entire life. All I want from this app was integrating it with Klaviyo, and they state that they have integrated correctly. And immediately after testing it out, nothing was working properly with Klaviyo. Tried contacting their "live" customer support and they only reply to messages after 3 days. Still nothing from them at all on this basic question about a vital feature. That's why you pay more for a better app (AfterShip).

Serious privacy issues! I tried using this app and uninstalled it in hours due to app security. In customer support chat I have seen all chats and info from different shops. I had access to other stores and their order info (including customers info) prior integration. I have never been so shocked - DO NOT INSTALL.
