We have been using TrackiPal on the Premium plan since June 2023 — nearly 3 years of loyal, paying customers. During that time, we have never missed a payment and genuinely relied on the app for our PayPal order syncing. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this app due to its completely unjustifiable pricing.

When we reached out to their support to ask for a goodwill discount — explaining that we are going through financial difficulties and only use a single PayPal account — the response was dismissive. Instead of working with a long-term customer, they simply pointed us to their new pricing page and told us to uninstall and reinstall the app if we wanted to accept the new terms. That's not customer service — that's a dead end.

Here's the core problem: The pricing is simply not competitive.

Competitors like SyncTrack offer plans starting at $8.99/month for up to 500 orders. TrackiPal's Premium plan sits at $39.99/month — that is more than 4 times the price for comparable functionality. We only use one PayPal account, meaning we have no use for the multi-account or advanced features of the Premium plan, yet we were still expected to pay top-tier prices with no flexibility whatsoever.

For small and medium-sized businesses that are watching their costs closely, this pricing makes absolutely no sense. There are more affordable, equally capable alternatives on the market, and we will be switching to one of them.

If you are evaluating this app, we strongly recommend comparing prices with SyncTrack or similar tools before committing. The functionality may be solid, but the pricing model and the lack of willingness to work with loyal customers is a serious red flag.

App verschleiert Kosten... Als Kostenlos angeben allerdings nicht mal im Ansatz "kostenlos"

Hi, thanks for reporting this, I sincerely apologize, I had made a mistake and our pricing was only shown on our english Shopify app store listing, but not on our other languages including German. I've now fixed this and pricing now should be clearly visible.

Our app TrackiPal is designed to sync your store's orders and courier tracking codes to PayPal, to reduce chargebacks and improve your reputation with PayPal over time, which should help reduce/avoid your funds being held for this type of issue in the future.
