Great app, quick help!

We have been using TrackiPal on the Premium plan since June 2023 — nearly 3 years of loyal, paying customers. During that time, we have never missed a payment and genuinely relied on the app for our PayPal order syncing. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this app due to its completely unjustifiable pricing.

When we reached out to their support to ask for a goodwill discount — explaining that we are going through financial difficulties and only use a single PayPal account — the response was dismissive. Instead of working with a long-term customer, they simply pointed us to their new pricing page and told us to uninstall and reinstall the app if we wanted to accept the new terms. That's not customer service — that's a dead end.

Here's the core problem: The pricing is simply not competitive.

Competitors like SyncTrack offer plans starting at $8.99/month for up to 500 orders. TrackiPal's Premium plan sits at $39.99/month — that is more than 4 times the price for comparable functionality. We only use one PayPal account, meaning we have no use for the multi-account or advanced features of the Premium plan, yet we were still expected to pay top-tier prices with no flexibility whatsoever.

For small and medium-sized businesses that are watching their costs closely, this pricing makes absolutely no sense. There are more affordable, equally capable alternatives on the market, and we will be switching to one of them.

If you are evaluating this app, we strongly recommend comparing prices with SyncTrack or similar tools before committing. The functionality may be solid, but the pricing model and the lack of willingness to work with loyal customers is a serious red flag.

Wir arbeiten mit dem App seit ungefähr zwei Jahren in mehreren Shops, und wir sind super begeistert! Es ist einfach, simpel, einmal einrichten und sich nicht mehr drum kümmern, und es arbeitet tadellos so wie es sein soll. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen aber diese App übermittelt ausschließlich nur die Trekking Daten an PayPal damit PayPal die Bestellung kontrollieren kann und auch die Buchung schneller freigeben kann. Und dafür tut es das wunderbar. Wir werden jetzt noch weitere 10 Shops machen und überall das App installieren also wir können es nur empfehlen.

We started accepting PayPal Express Payment on our site because we had a few requests. Even though we've been in business for many years we were new to PayPal and they put a hold on funds until the items ordered were delivered. However, PayPal did not automatically sync with Shopify to get the updated shipping information in terms of the carrier tracking number. So even though the orders had already shipped and that information was recorded in Shopify, PayPal didn't get that information and as a result we were going to have to manually input every single tracking number for each order. Not anymore thanks to this app. I literally connected the app and within 5 minutes all 100+ orders that were paid with PayPal express had the shipping carrier tracking numbers added and the orders marked as shipped inside of PayPal. This is such a huge time saver and the price is even better. Highly recommend if you're looking to keep using PayPal but need your data to sync between your store and the other platform.

This app is a life saver. I had a small issue at first and they got right on it and fixed it. Always available to help, but my gosh what a time saver this app is. I don't even think about my Paypal orders anymore.

My business gained immense value using this app. It worked well with no issues. It was seamless and required almost zero effort to maintain. Excellent App. Simple one-click setup. Job Done. We were having issues with PayPal holding payments, since using the app, it syncs all our orders and tracking info on auto-pilot and we are now being paid with no issues. Thanks, guys, great app, simple, with no effort from us, and most importantly it just does the job and works. 5 Stars.

The app is great.
We had the issue that not all orders were synched to paypal and we hat to force the synch. We reached out to the support and got response within several minutes.
The developer has found the issue and fixed the synchronization between Paypal and Shopify, so that the orders are now reliable synchronized between both systems.
The support team was always very friendly and kept us up to date.
