This app is great, and the support team helped me customize the appearance on my store to look very on-brand. No need to select carriers like some other tracking apps, and the annual plan is a great value. The one thing this app doesn't do that I wish it did is provide an estimated delivery date, even if it was just based on the history of other packages Trackr has logged. My customers are always asking for an ETA, and this app doesn't currently provide that. Update Jan 17, 2022: The Trackr team has added an estimated arrival date section to the app, and I'm changing my review to 5 stars!

WAIT WAIT WAIT!

I was looking for a tracking app that allows my customers to see where their package is without ask me and redirect them to 17track (awful site full of ads and NOT responsive).

I installed and tried almost all the apps on the marketplace and this is ABSOLUTELY the best so far. Result: I decreased custumers email by 70%, Unbelievable!

PRO:

-Excellent design, clean and very responsive
-Support is great, I asked to add my customers' local language and they did in 2 weeks (I understand it's not easy)
-You can hide chinese location and couriers until the Western destination (THIS IS THE BIGGEST PRO EVER)
-You can add custom text explaining customers delivery time ecc
-You can send automated emails once the shipping status change. This will save you lot of customer service time to dedicate to the business
-It's very cheap and affordable for everyone

CONS:

The only cons I found after 2.5 weeks is the regret of not founding it before.

My rate is 10/10

First impressions of this app are VERY good, and it supports most of the smaller national postal services too. The layout needed some light css-tweaking on our part to make it fit better in our site, but this is done easily thanks to unique classes.

First time you track a package you need to refresh the page once. I was thinking that the notification to do this could be just a bit more highlighted, because it is a pretty imperative part of the general usability.

All the texts are easy to modify. Another wish for improvement would be to include a wysiwyg-editor to the general description to allow more styling when writing longer texts.

Vraiment je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des avis mais là je suis obligé. Cette application est juste parfaite, et la page de suivi est super. Son service client est très performant, ils répondent très vite et font tout pour résoudre les problèmes. Merci à l'équipe TRACKR

The best order tracking page / app currently on Shopify. Looks pro, inherits your site's CSS for an easy blend, and loads fast. Most other page-integrated apps on Shopify use slow-loading widgets, but this loads as quickly as any static page on the site. Plus, the app sits on your site, so you don't have to send customers to a third-party URL.

The developers are very responsive and eager to keep improving. Get this app.

UPDATE: Shopify will soon be building shipment tracking into their checkout page. The catch? They ONLY support USPS. We use 4 or 5 different shippers. Plus, who knows how it will actually work out? This app gives customers the ability to track with either tracking number or email+order ID. We're sticking with Trackr.

Great app, easy to customize in order to brand it according to the look of your store.
Customer support was very helpful and quick. Responded to all questions and requests in a polite and timely manner.
Definitely give this app a shot.

I love this app it is fantastic! Since I installed it on my stores I have reduced my customer emails by 70% it is easy to use, intuitive ergonomic and reliable. This app clearly helps to add euros to my sales...Thanks to Maxim from customer support for his precious help, great app! great support!

Even though my issue couldn't be solved, since the feature I was looking for is yet unable to achieve, I really appreciate the good customer care they provided to me. Fast responses and actually going after the issue I explained I had.
I have not measured the app's work in my live store yet, all this 5-stars is just particularly regarding the customer service.
