This is an amazing app! I shopped around at first but wish i had just saved my time and gone with Trackr in the first place. It is supper easy to use works perfectly. It has lots of other features that others would charge you extra for. The team have been great, they have helped me with some tricky custom coding. I couldn't be happier with how it looks and works thank you guys.
Like the app design and concept but felt that it could be better if the tracking provided images of our shipped products for a much better customer visualization and experience.
Would be even more perfect if the email template could be customisable such that we could include our shop logo in email notifications as well as auto-inclusion of shipped product images and perhaps a test email function ...

The app is ok. Could be much better, the graphics are not very polished and the ability to use the store's fonts is a must. Also tracking for older orders. How does the notification emails for customers look like? Show us and let us customize them.

I love the design and look of the app but it does not work for me! All me tracking numbers show as pending despite them being regularly updated by the courier. Also, I can't see any way of contacting them about the issue.
