The app is excellent and its performance is amazing, but their Support and Developers Team is still better. They not just fixed an issue for us, they improved their app for us. Never found so efficient and dedicated professionals.

Fantastic customer service. The staff really went the extra mile to help me out with my issues. Even though the problem wasn't fully resolved (problem with shopify not Trackr) I felt as though they were trying their best to see if they could help.

This app is great, and the support team helped me customize the appearance on my store to look very on-brand. No need to select carriers like some other tracking apps, and the annual plan is a great value. The one thing this app doesn't do that I wish it did is provide an estimated delivery date, even if it was just based on the history of other packages Trackr has logged. My customers are always asking for an ETA, and this app doesn't currently provide that. Update Jan 17, 2022: The Trackr team has added an estimated arrival date section to the app, and I'm changing my review to 5 stars!

WAIT WAIT WAIT!

I was looking for a tracking app that allows my customers to see where their package is without ask me and redirect them to 17track (awful site full of ads and NOT responsive).

I installed and tried almost all the apps on the marketplace and this is ABSOLUTELY the best so far. Result: I decreased custumers email by 70%, Unbelievable!

PRO:

-Excellent design, clean and very responsive
-Support is great, I asked to add my customers' local language and they did in 2 weeks (I understand it's not easy)
-You can hide chinese location and couriers until the Western destination (THIS IS THE BIGGEST PRO EVER)
-You can add custom text explaining customers delivery time ecc
-You can send automated emails once the shipping status change. This will save you lot of customer service time to dedicate to the business
-It's very cheap and affordable for everyone

CONS:

The only cons I found after 2.5 weeks is the regret of not founding it before.

My rate is 10/10
