I thought i was the only one not getting any response from the developers. At least now I know I'm not crazy.

The application is fantastic and help us to reduce the amount of call asking for the status of the package, run very smoothly and fast, we received outstanding help from the support team and definitely we recommend the app to anyone who wants to avoid several emails and calls asking for status of their products

I use this application to have a very attractive tracking page within my site vs having my customers go to our couriers site which is lackluster. The App support team are excellent and the application is so easy to use and setup.
