Please pay attention before installing this app here! If you take a normal tariff and then ask the support if you can have a more expensive tariff, then the money you paid for the old tariff is simply deleted. I would not install this app again, here just disappears money! I will also report this to Shopify support!

Great app and looks really professional, however I would suggest that a loading symbol is added whilst the current tracking status is loading. Otherwise it comes up as pending and customers who ordered a while ago get angry because they don't realise that they have to wait for the tracking to update. Once this is done, it will definitely be a 5 star app!
Saves time on customers emailing wondering where their products are! Solid app!
Solid app, easy to set up just like Oberlo. My only problem with it is that I wish it could tell me what carriers I needed to track based on its integration with Oberlo :)

Because we successfully got all 3 your messages: the 1st one on Monday (April 1st) and provided you with the answer the same day (11:53 from support@eoscity.com, signed by Mirjam to your email, which starts ch...@..).
Another letter from you we got today - and already provided the answer.
The 3rd was a review.
It seems that we don't experience email delivery problems, cause we receive questions and provide answers to other customer's inquiries successfully these days.
