Please pay attention before installing this app here! If you take a normal tariff and then ask the support if you can have a more expensive tariff, then the money you paid for the old tariff is simply deleted. I would not install this app again, here just disappears money! I will also report this to Shopify support!

I love this app it is fantastic! Since I installed it on my stores I have reduced my customer emails by 70% it is easy to use, intuitive ergonomic and reliable. This app clearly helps to add euros to my sales...Thanks to Maxim from customer support for his precious help, great app! great support!

I simply love this app, easy to use, intuitive, reassuring for my customers, I have clearly decreased the flow of customer emails by 3, it's an absolute game changer that I recommend to all those who are concerned about their customer satisfaction ... Great app and looks really professional, however I would suggest that a loading symbol is added whilst the current tracking status is loading. Otherwise it comes up as pending and customers who ordered a while ago get angry because they don't realise that they have to wait for the tracking to update. Once this is done, it will definitely be a 5 star app!

Solid app, easy to set up just like Oberlo. My only problem with it is that I wish it could tell me what carriers I needed to track based on its integration with Oberlo :)

We are very sorry that you experienced this problems with the emails, but could you please check - maybe our letters were directed to your spam folder?
Because we successfully got all 3 your messages: the 1st one on Monday (April 1st) and provided you with the answer the same day (11:53 from support@eoscity.com, signed by Mirjam to your email, which starts ch...@..).
Another letter from you we got today - and already provided the answer.
The 3rd was a review.

It seems that we don't experience email delivery problems, cause we receive questions and provide answers to other customer's inquiries successfully these days.
In order to double check we'll contact you from one more additional email.
